3 Colors To Try Out This Fall

Outfit #1 - Bright Orange

Sadly, I was unable to attend New York Fashion Week (NYFW). But I lived vicariously through other bloggers and did some extensive research. After sifting through photo after photo it became evident that there was some repeating themes. With the help of Femme Luxe, I’m sharing three of these themes in today’s post.

Typically we think of blacks and neutrals when we think of autumn. However the fashion industry has made considerable room for some bright colors in the 2019/2020 Fall/Winter collections, orange and pink being two of the most popular. In outfit #1, I’m sporting a neon orange seater with what is otherwise a neutral ensemble. This piece is from Femme Luxe, and although it’s sold out, they have so many other neon orange styles. In outfit #2, I’m playing around with the hot pink trend by styling these Belted Tapered Trousers, also by Femme Luxe. This color gives me all the Barbie feels and I love it. Aside from the color being super popular, these pants are insanely comfortable.

Outfit #2 - Hot Pink

I also noticed that there were varying shades of soft green being styled on the runway. In outfit #3, I’ve styled a “khaki” button down also from Femme Luxe. although it’s sold out, they have so many other green pieces. Notice any similarities between the three outfits? I styled all of these colors with white and neutral pieces! This trick makes playing with colors so easy.
